The Wall Street Journal showcases a Washington state couple’s 3rd renovation project since purchasing the home in 1990. This latest overhaul, lead by interior designer Richard Landon and partner Kirsten Conner of KIRIC Collaborative Design, was motivated by the couple’s growing extended family and takes nostalgic style inspiration from their earlier years in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
At the heart of the kitchen is PITT Cooking’s Drum Professional Edition (Brass burners) cooking system, which complements the open-air design of the space.
The couple say the new kitchen is exactly the kind of gathering space they had envisioned for hosting their children and grandchildren
