      If you experience issues within the warranty period, contact Shady Oak with your Serial Number, found on the UL sticker inside your hood’s canopy. 

      We will troubleshoot with you to pinpoint the issue and direct you further.

      Parts Town is your first stop for both warranty and non-warranty issues.

      Fill out the Service Request Form, linked below, and email it to Parts Town or call with your product details on hand.

      Register your product with Alfresco or Artisan.

      If you are experiencing issues with your product, first contact the retailer you purchased through for the quickest possible resolution. If further service is necessary, fill out this form online with ADCO, and/or call the number below.
